Please contact us for pricing & detailed information Large area CVD MoS? monolayers are grown by the direct vapor transport technique onto variety of substrates (SiO?, HfO?, and sapphire). The MoS? monolayers are highly crystalline and luminescent. The lateral size could measure up to 2mm. Samples come with preliminary Raman and PL measurements. Typical PL peak is located at 1.88 eV and is strongly luminescent compared to exfoliated monolayers. Frequency difference between the in-plane and out-of-plane modes (E2g and A1g) is 18cm-1 consistent with the literature values.
